We love a wedding that celebrates a couple’s cultural roots and also reflects the couple’s personal style. For Deepa and Bharadwaj this meant, choosing the scenic Bacara Resort<\/a> to host their traditional nuptials. Ceremony was held outdoors, where a large stage was setup for the mandap and decorated by Kismet Event Design<\/a>. Gold punched lanterns, strung flowers and golden archways decorated both the structure and aisle. Traditionally, the groom enters on a horse, but in this case a motorcycle was much more apropos. For ceremony, the couple donned traditional garb, including a stunning red sari paired with numerous gold and red bangles. After the ceremony, the couple changed into more westernized clothing, with a stunning dress featuring silver sequins and an elegant black tux for the groom.<\/p>\n

For the reception design, it was all about tropical greenery, with a variety leaves arranged by Blue Magnolia Events<\/a>. At each placesetting, even more tropical leaves could be found as they were tucked under the transparent chargers for a truly unique look. A special thanks to Madeline Druce Photography<\/a>  for capturing the day and to all the vendors who worked so hard to pull off this wedding day!<\/p>\n
